Down-sizing Your Home
When moving to a much smaller home as a lifestyle choice,
it can be very tricky to determine what to keep,
when its necessary to let go of a great deal of your possessions.
Let me assist you make those decisions.
Items can be on-sold for a commission or assistance offered to help you sell unwanted items, or re-home them to local charities or op-shops.
Packing and the setting up of your new local home is also available.
Selling Items on Your Behalf
If you have some general household items that you wish to sell, I can sell those items for you locally, on your behalf. A 30% commission is charged, with a minimum of $50 per item.
Nb. This service is only available in conjunction with another of my home organising services.
