Pre-sale Consultation

Let me offer you my personal recommendation on how to add value to your property, to make your house more

appealing to a wider audience and in turn increase your profits.  


It’s all too easy to lose sight of the full potential of your own home, especially when you see it on a daily basis and you have your mind focused on a new property.   You will be surprised how a fresh set of eyes and ideas

can transform your home.


After a detailed walk-through of your property, I will provide you with a room-by-room guide, detailing

changes I believe would be beneficial when selling.

De-cluttering and Organising When Selling Your Home

Let me help you to de-clutter and de-personalise your home, adding basic visual

improvements, prior to putting it on the market.  This is a step that should not be overlooked,

but essential to maximise interest in your property, as first impressions count.

I will make recommendations on what items are best to de-clutter and which are best to display, then carefully pack away the unnecessary items to store for safe keeping.  This is also an excellent time to consider what you may no longer need in your new home, but would be happy to let go of.  Lets not forget the storage areas; these can be visually improved, to showcase your home, as serious buyers will be eager to open up cupboards to see their full potential.

For information on packing and unpacking / setting up your new home, please refer to the section designated to packing and unpacking.

Selling Items on Your Behalf

If you have some general household items that you wish to sell, I can sell those items for you locally, on your behalf.  A 30% commission is charged, with a minimum of $50 per sale. 

This service is only available in conjunction with another of my home organising services.

De-cluttering & Organising
from $200

 

Tailored to your requirements.  A three hour session will start at $200 with an additional hourly rate of $60
