My services range from, helping you to present your property to its full potential when putting it on the market, to packing up your belongings when you have sold, to helping you to unpack and set up your new home when moving in. I can tailor make my services to suit your needs. It’s all too easy to lose sight of the full potential of your own home, especially when you see it on a day-to-day basis and when you have your mind focused on a new property. You will be surprised how a fresh set of eyes and ideas can transform it. Pre-sale Consultation Let me offer you my recommendation on how to add value to your property, to make your house more appealing to a wider audience and in turn increase your profits. It’s all too easy to lose sight of the full potential of your own home, especially when you see it on a daily basis and you have your mind focused on ‘pastures new’. You will be surprised how a fresh set of eyes and ideas can transform it. After a detailed walk- through of your property, I will provide you with a room- by- room report detailing changes I believe would be beneficial when selling. “Speculate to accumulate!” Decluttering and Organising When Selling Let me help you to de-clutter, de-personalise and make basic visual improvements to your home when selling it, for digital marketing and open homes. This is a step that should not be overlooked, but essential to maximise interest in your property, as first impressions count. ​I will make recommendations on what items are best to de-clutter and which to have on display, then carefully pack away the de-cluttered items for you to store for safe keeping. This is also an excellent time to consider what you may no longer need, but would be happy to donate. In addition, I can improve the visual appearance of storage areas; a great way to showcase your home, as serious buyers will be eager to open up cupboards to see their full potential. Selling Items on Your Behalf If you have some general household items that you wish to sell, I can sell those items for you locally, on your behalf at a commission. This service is only available in conjunction with another of my home organising services.
